Bottle at Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Nice moderate bitter flavor, average bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottled. Strong sweet orange aroma. Light hazy, yellow color, lots of bubbles, off-white frothy almost creamy head, very nice lace. Sweet, orange, light bitter, pretty fruity. Soft and a bit thin finish.

Hazy yellow ale with a rather rotten fruit aroma (vomit maybe?) and perfume. A sick blondine? Lightly sweet malt with notes of yeast and rubber. May 1,2005 at 2nd KBC Festival, Den Bosch, NL.

Draught Fully hazy yellow beer with pistacchio shine; good white head. Citrussy, lemon, kafir leaf & dried grain. Disappointing medicinal taste, overyear, dried-out lemon peel powder, milky - in a way children make tea of water and milk. Light to medium bodied, sticky quality. Pff. Superfluous. Maybe the 75cl bottles are better.

On tap. Slightly better than the Brunette, but only just. Looks like a Witbier, smoky notes in the aroma. Taste again is very weak, some citrusnotes. There’s a lot of work to be done by this brewer.

The Blondine is infected!! Golden color, hazy. Big foamy head. Very light citric aroma with a hint of hops and some soap. Hint of vinegar in teh flavor, dust citric, banana and ofg course the obvious signes of infection. A pity after the decent aroma.
