Commercial Description:
Brewed to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. Brewed in the traditional German style using German Malts, Hops and yeast. A brilliant golden to light amber color with a big malty aroma and smooth flavor profile to match. Hints of Munich and Vienna malts emerge in the finish.

On tap at Beachwood about a week ago. Color was a dark amber with an off white head. Aroma of wet, ripe fruit with dirty sea water; quite weird. Flavor was also strange; sweet tarts mixed with bread and wet fruit. Surprisingly poor for me.

A reddish amber bock with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel with perfumey notes, some rosewater, powdery and DMS notes. In mouth, a rather bland beer with oily nutty malts, some fruity esters. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 27 2009.

On tap at Pete’s in Danville. Nice bock. Pours caramel color with an off white head. Sweet aroma. Tastes of caramel and red/purple fruit. Its not too cloying or syrupy as some inferior brews of this style can get. Pretty drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. This copper ale poured with a thin off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a sweet caramel malt flavor with some hop bitterness at the finish.

Tap at the California State Fair. Pours dark amber. No head. Full bodied. Average carbonation. Flavor is darkish caramel with lots of spice and hop. Really tasty.

On tap. Pours an almost clear dark amber with an off-white head. Sweet and intensely caramellish malt aroma. Medium body, solid base of roasted malt and a little pumpernickel. Dry and only discreetly hoppy finish. Solid. 130709
