| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 8, 2007 Smells exactly like the tutti-frutti flavored fluoride treatment from the dentist’s office. That’s it. This might be ok in moderation, but this is overwhelming. Flavor improves somewhat, combining a light tartness with subdued bready notes, florality and a wan bitterness. Still not my cup of tea, or berries, but better than some others I’ve had of this ilk. DYCSoccer17 (2200), Davis, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 7, 2007 10 ounce sample consumed at the brewpub this past weekend. Aroma is full of very aromatic strawberries, cherries, and some raspberries. Pleasant aroma, although there are no "beer" aromas present, which is unfortunate. Mildly hazy copper color with a small, whitish head. Wow, quite tart and astringent to start with some strawberry and melon-like flavors present. A little bit of doughy maltiness comes through in the middle and finish. This is relatively simple, and a bit unique for a fruit beer. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 18, 2005 Draft. Amber beer. This one just didn’t quite hit me right. It had a berry taste, but it was a bit of a pixie stix taste - fizzy, sugary, and artificial candy. Light berry aroma, some malt backing in the flavor, but it just didn’t do it for me.
