Commercial Description: Our Black Cat Stout is a mild Irish Dry Stout brewed using a blend of Chocolate, Carafa, Crystal and Munich malts. A small amount of wheat and oatmeal are added to give the beer body and mouth feel. The stout is pressurized and served using a special Nitrogen gas blend, which leaves a beautiful cascading and creamy head.
