This stout pours a deep black color from the tap at the brewpub. Medium sized beige foamy head. The aroma is chocolate, coffee and roasty. A medium bodied stout. The malts are chocolate and coffee. The hops are earthy. Nice balance. It’s a large stout without being over the top. Nice balance. Touch of dark fruit. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth.
