Valley Brew Blueberry Wit

Golden yellow, citrus, blueberry, spice, little bannana. Best fruit beer I have ever had. :)

On tap, I think this batch might be qyuestionable, as it was pale gold, but almost transparent. That just ain’t right from a Hef. The nose is wonderfully blueberry filled. The flavor went a bit sweet and medicinal like, with blueberry undertones. I need to try this again to see what the deal is, because I don’t nthink this was intentional.

Very balanced nose of citrus, clove, banana and blueberry. Light and refreshing on the palate without the soapy quality of an extract beer. Much more enjoyable than I would think of for a regular fruit beer.
