Herbal and medicinal nose with notes of honey, grass, toffee, caramel, stone fruit and cedar. Full mouthfeel with lots of residual sugar.

Thanks to Pantanap for sharing this one. Orange-red with medium off-white head. Aroma is nice hop, caramel and grassiness. Caramel, fresh hops, pine/spruce, little orangeg, very sweet some alc, but the blend isn’t all that good. Medium body but poor carbonation. Thanks Kan!

Tasted at the April Northern California Beer Tasting. This Belgian Strong Ale poured a medium brown color. Small sized head. The aroma was fruity, sweet, a touch tart and a little funky. It has the wheat wine graininess, yet there is definitely some funk going on here. It could of been a train wreak, but the blend works. I wonder how this one will age? Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

22oz bottle thanks to pantanap for sharing this rare one. Pours a hazed orange soapy beige head. Hoppy caramel nose. Tropical fruit with a touch of mint. Sweet flavors. Toffee, wheat, caramel malts, slighlty sour fruit. A little too much of the wheat wine in this blend, it would be nice for more of the fruit and funkiness to come out.

22oz bottle. yet another big thanks to steve for this surprise.... pours a hazy caramel brown with a moderate light brown head.... aroma of tropical fruit, sweet sugar confection, and some graininess. this one was def. hard to put my finger on everything involved..... flavores mostly of sweet honey malt like base flavor. sweet but not too cloying.

Steve @ Valley is my new hero. Blended three extraordinary brews and completely avoided what could have been a train wreck. Complex, sweet, tart, viscous, smooth, and every other positive adjective I can think of to describe a great brew. Bravo!
