Herbal and medicinal nose with notes of honey, grass, toffee, caramel, stone fruit and cedar. Full mouthfeel with lots of residual sugar.

Bottle shared by AlohaC at toncatacher’s tasting. I still haven’t found a Valley Brew beer I haven’t liked. Some tart and some sweet. HInts of cherry, but more malty flavors I think. Pretty darn tasty though

tried at Another Santee Sampling. this time at toncatcher’s house. I think alohaC brought this rare gem. Thanks Christian! Red amber color. Small hint of tart. Sweetish. A little bite from alcohol. Very good.

9/20/2008 tasting at toncatchers house, with whetheral, weeheavy, fordest, alohac, and Jason. Thanks for all the great beers and good times. I thought this was pretty good. Very interesting blend of 3 beers.

Bomber from AlohaC at Toncatcher’s Tasting. This is a funky cool fun blend I like it. Pours orange with a half finger tan head. Nose is sweet with a lot of wheat wine qualities. Taste is sweet and tart, with wheat wine tones and a wide range of flavor.
