Jul 26, 2009 Sampled at MuckFest 09! Thanx to BeerVirgin for sharing this gem.The nose had sweet dark fruits with some woodiness.Flavor was of dark fruits with some nice sweet mouthfeel.The blend was done well.

May 31, 2009 Courtesy aspidites. Clear amber. Small white head. Plenty of sweetness left considering the age. Subdued cherry and oak, a light twang of wheat, some candy like malt sweetness, a bit yeasty, bit of funk and dryness on the end. Full body, balanced carbonation. Very nice brew.

Apr 10, 2008 Steve @ Valley is my new hero. Blended three extraordinary brews and completely avoided what could have been a train wreck. Complex, sweet, tart, viscous, smooth, and every other positive adjective I can think of to describe a great brew. Bravo!

May 4, 2008 Tasted at the April Northern California Beer Tasting. This Belgian Strong Ale poured a medium brown color. Small sized head. The aroma was fruity, sweet, a touch tart and a little funky. It has the wheat wine graininess, yet there is definitely some funk going on here. It could of been a train wreak, but the blend works. I wonder how this one will age? Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Sep 21, 2008 Bomber from AlohaC at Toncatcher’s Tasting. This is a funky cool fun blend I like it. Pours orange with a half finger tan head. Nose is sweet with a lot of wheat wine qualities. Taste is sweet and tart, with wheat wine tones and a wide range of flavor.

Sep 27, 2008 Bottle shared by AlohaC at toncatacher’s tasting. I still haven’t found a Valley Brew beer I haven’t liked. Some tart and some sweet. HInts of cherry, but more malty flavors I think. Pretty darn tasty though

Jun 3, 2009 Thanks to SoLan! Nice funk in the nose with some cherries, oak and malts. Flavors are tart and malty with a little sweetness. A little strange, but in a good way. Very good brew.
