Pours a transparent bright golden with a frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity Belgian and pale malts. Starts fairly full, complex and biscuity sweet with a nice light fruity complexity and mild coriander. Smooth, mild bitterness throughout. Very true to style and enjoyable, a nice abbey tripel.

(Old rating discovered in a dusty pile of forgotten notes, and I wish the notes on this one were more complete.) Thanks to aspidites for this!. Pours clear pale amber with a white head. Sweet and spicy aroma and taste.

Bomber from Aspidites. Should’ve shared this with someone. Pour is clear gold, mostly filtered, with a small white, lacing head. Clove/bubblegum, hot and boozy aroma. Honey and rose. Complex taste of honeysuckle and yeast, a bit astringent and way too much booze. Lots of fusels. I’ve already got the headache coming on after half the bomber. Really, really hard to put down. Just too much alcohol and and enormous body. I could see putting 5 years on this easy. Would probably become quite divine.

Shared by beervirgin, thanks Dawn! Golden body with a small head. The aroma is of belgian spices, and yeast. The flavor follows with a hint of fruits (bananas and pineapple). Sweeter than expected, with a sweet finish.
