Bottled. Clear bright golden. Aroma of bananas and pineapple. Sweet with dense, clean mouthfeel and plenty of sugar. The alcohol burn overpowers a lot of the flavours, and a lot of the rest drowns in the sugar. It’s finished off by a warming , peppery alcoholic finish. A beer can’t be this sweet if I’m to enjoy it.

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of melon, cucumber, mandarin orange, pine nuts, tangerine, and light florals. Flavor of tangerine, biscuit, candi sugar, alcohol, and a touch of clove.

Pours a transparent bright golden with a frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity Belgian and pale malts. Starts fairly full, complex and biscuity sweet with a nice light fruity complexity and mild coriander. Smooth, mild bitterness throughout. Very true to style and enjoyable, a nice abbey tripel.

Bottle... RBSG ‘08... Cloudy yellow ale with a small white head. Good retention. Spicy, herbal aroma. Full-bodied and syrupy with soft carbonation. Too sweet for me. Spicy and herbal, but not balanced enough for the style or my palate. Sweet, warm, dry finish.

Noogfest ’08, thanks beerguy101. The body was hazy yellow. The aroma was sweet pancakes and peaches. The taste was sweet pears with some cinnamon spice. A nice fruity finish.

Bottle thanks to stoutlover72. Poured an almost clear apple juice with just about nothing going on for head (just a looser ring stickin’ around). The aroma was very fragrant with apple skins, pineapple, orange peel, and dried bananas from the hefty yeast presence.. over the top on all aspects, but I really dug it. Flavor also had significant doses of fruitage at the base (sliced apples, pineapple, and apricot) with white peppery spices and clove on the back-end.. long, spicy finish with really zero alcohol apparent (except for the warmth at the end and the aftereffects). Very nice brew!

Light yellow gold color. No head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian Tripel. Malts are fruity and sweet, lots of apricot and peach flavors. Very sweet and fruity. Banana and coriander. Touch of alcohol bite. Smooth and clean. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a touch of alcohol bite.
