Thanks!! Pours a light, hazy grapefruit color; thin white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Toasty yeast and doughiness and citrus in the aroma; crisp and lightly acidic; very nice. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy, crisp apples, doughiness, and bready yeast (no pepper to speak of); like an exceedingly drinkable apple-tinged Belgian ale; 8% at this point? Aromas of fruittiness, spice and a hint of wood. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of pear, spice and light strawwith a smooth lightly dry fruity finish.
