Breadsy, phenolic nose with lots of coriander, Bazooka bubblegum, orange peel and a whisper of grapefruit. The flavor is subtle, but all over the place… spicy coriander, light grainy sweetness and mild bitterness with a suggestion of acidity. Light to medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes spicy, fruity-sweet and then dry. Thanks goes out to stoutlover72 for providing this beer to share with the RBSG 07 Crew in Minneapolis! goldtwins (4081), Nesconset, New York, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 8, 2008 This Belgian Ale pours a deep orange gold color from a hand bottle 22oz bottle. Thanks Steve. Medium sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing, Aroma is fruity, sweet and yeasty. There is also a touch of hops as well. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral. It still has that nice spiciness and yeastiness that one would expect from a Belgian style ale, but there is a good dose of hoppiness. This beer has been in the bottle for a year or so, and it has a very nice crisp and dry finish. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and spicy.
