Very soft beer somewhat reminiscent of a clean mid-late 90s IIPA. Herbal and floral nose with just a soft hint of malt sweetness that is much drier on the palate. Clean and lingering finish.

A full-bodied ale, featuring a bouquet of hops! Unfortunately not a regularly-brewed ale by Valley Brew or I’d choose it every time. One of the best Imperial IPAs I’ve had. Refreshing in the summer, warming in the winter.

Medium gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is floral and citrus. A light to medium bodied Imperial India Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity, floral and citrusy. Nicely balanced, slightly toward the malt sweetness. Seems a little low in alcohol (7.5% ABV) for an imperial, but the flavor is there. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
