Had at Stone Sour Fest 2009. Poured a dark black color with good head. Aroma and taste is very unique and grainy with some soy sauce present. Good palate. Overall pretty good.

Listed as Dysfunction Ale Part Deux, I’ll put it here until I’m told I’m wrong. Tap today at Stone Sour Fest part TRES. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is sweet. Taste is sweet and tart and a bit weird.

Tasted at the 6th Annual Triple Rock Firkin Fest on 4/4/2009. This stout pours a dark black color from the firkin. Small sized head. The aroma is sour cherries, coffee, some spices and some funk. A medium bodied stout. The malts are fruity, tart cherries, semi-sweet dark chocolate and coffee. The hops are earthy. Lots of dark fruit flavors, plums, prunes, dark cherries. Nicely funky. Need a touch more carbonation. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly tart and funky.
