Dark brown color with yeast floaties. Aroma of brett, dark fruits, oak and some malt. Sourish flavor with some barnyard, berry notes, plums and some malt. Medium to full-bodied. Loads of red fruits, toasty sweetness, tart fruitiness and citrus and light sugar in the aroma; very pleasant, tart aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: tart red fruits, chewy caramel, and plenty of citrus and dried dark fruits at the core; very interesting, nicely soured strong ale. Great rendition. Aromas of sour cherry, raisin, brandy and light carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a tart finish. Flavors of sour cherry, brandy, oak and light carmel with a crisp lingering tart finish.
