The beer is a light copper color with some upfront bitterness and a nice Simcoe Hop finish.

sampler @ brewery - dark gold with lots of carbonation; thin white head; aromas of stale malts and mild sweetness; drinks slightly dry with a little spice; kind of off-putting though

Amber colored brew with a thin head. Aroma of caramel malts, but is light. Crisp earthy hops with a medium sweet caramel body. Light, dry, crisp, and drinkable.

At the brewery, pours golden copper with thin white head. Very faint nose of malt, light flavor of the same, but it goes a little to the syrup-medicine malt side. Just O.K.

1/5/08, 11th and Final Brewery of 07/08 Roadtrip with Bikesandbeer and his girlfriend Jesse. Drove out the way to get to this brewery, which was worth it, really nice people and good food and good brew. Pours light orange with a bright white ring. Nose is low to non existent. Taste is sweet and light.

Syrupy malty, thick aroma with plenty of fresh hops glistening. Rich, matted barley flavor, clean, nice.

Dark golden in color with a soft cookie and hops nose. Clean soft and full on the palate. Nice dry and mildly hopped finish.
