sampler @ brewery - pale gold and clear; very still and no head; smooth, yeasty and plenty of fruit; hops understated except for in the finish; drinks with a slight zing to it

Cool that it is name after Brett "Hitman" Hart. Hazy golden color. Nice aroma of bread and biscuits. Bready and biscuity up front with a moderate pine/citrus hop finish. Once again, another well made brew from Valley Brewing Co.

At the brewery, pours a dark gold color with faint hoppy nose. Subtle hop bitterness in the flavor.

1/5/08, 11th and Final Brewery of 07/08 Roadtrip with Bikesandbeer and his girlfriend Jesse. Drove out the way to get to this brewery, which was worth it, really nice people and good food and good brew. Pours golden yellow with a bright white ring. Light nose. Taste is sweet light and hoppy.

Nice light brown with impressive white head. Strong, dank hops aroma - apricoty pine needles. Nice dry pale maltiness, great peachy/coniferous hop character in flavor. Pleasant, moderately malty body, lingering, thorough hoppiness. Very good!

On tap @ Valley brewery poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of straw, light carmel and light fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, straw and a hint of citrus with a dry bitter finish.
