Bright golden-amber colour. Peachy hop nose with some malt to back it up. Moderate bitterness, chewy caramel malts. Much better than expected, and if anything the hops might be a bit harsh in the finish.

Bottled. Clear reddish golden, no head. Aroma of grapefruit and crystal malt. Sweet with grainy malt flavour and lots of grapefruity hops plus some salt on top of that. Striking resiny bitterness. A simple, straightforward easy drinking beer, but with loads of bitterness.

Bottled. (I stole one Steve) Pours a clear, brilliant color of light strawberry- orange. Big hop aroma with some notes of grass and oranges along with eucalyptus (trees) and some roses. Flavor is primarily clean and hop forward. Dry finish.

Pours gold/orange, with a tan/white head. Aromas are hops, hops, and more hops. Flavors are grapefruit, some malt, and caramel. Fairly one dimensional. Than ks to davecooks for this bootle.

Definitely my personal favorite of the night. The hops aroma was just simply perfect IMO. The flowery aroma was just near perfect. The flavor profile was definitely malty but a bit nutty like almonds, and it had a nice hop character as well that was pleasing. Like their other beers, this is done very well and it rated the highest for the night.

Draft. Amber color. Malts are there in the flavor, with just a hint of spice from hops, but the body is light, slightly watery.

Nose of simcoe hops. Very clean and dry malt forward mouthfeel with a mildly nutty flavor. Resinous and clean finish. Nice session beer. This beer is a totally different beer than previous iterations, the only thing remotely the same is the name. It is now a very dry and clean hop bomb. My new fave " session brew" if you can call 60+ IBUs a session beer. And at only 4.9% abv the hops smack you in the face with a wonderful hop blast. This is a rerate.
