Valley Brew Holiday Spiced Pomegranate Saison

This is an immensly enjoyable holiday saison. The aroma packs a nice punch of anise and cinnamon and all balanced nicely by the malts. The flavor is really outstanding with the characters of the aroma combining with the sweet pomegranate juice and hops and malts. I hope Steve does this recipe each year. A very nice holiday themed beer.

Wonderful nose that says delcate and refined yet occasionally naughty. Wonderful soft mouthfeel, with notes spiced pomegranate and white fruit. This beer is not overpowered by the spices instead it is enriched by it.
