Aug 16, 2008 On tap @ Valley Brew. Darkish yellow-orange color, a trace of soapy white head. Citrus and fructose aroma, slightly sharp and bitter hops. Rich citric hop bite relatively mild, but comes through well on the finish. Grew on me as I drank it.

Jul 31, 2008 sampler @ brewery - hazy, light orange and white head lingers; just dripping with sweet hops; hot damn, the aromas are just amazing; creamy, buttery, rich and malty; tons of body and creamy texture; just kick ass in every way; very soft and smooth; bitters not overkill even though you can taste their strength; pretty much perfect; can’t imagine the uberhoppy after having this one

Jun 8, 2008 tap at pub. Pours with a nice copper color. Aromas are powerful of flowers, citrus and pine. Great hoppy flavor with enough of a malt backbone, so one gets some caramel flavors as well. very smooth with a lingering bitterness.

May 17, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy brown with a small head. Light sweetness and moderate bitterness. Heavy hoppy aromas mostly of grapefruit, but also has a bit of pine and resin. Some sugary notes. Light alcohol notes. Medium bodied. Average carbonation. Bitter finish.

Apr 20, 2008 Copper gold color with no head. West Coast IPA aroma of grapefruit and floral/piney hops. Nice big grapefruit, pine, floral hops with a thinly sweet malt backbone that imparts a nice fruitiness. A good amount of lingering grapefruit.
