Taste is refreshing, hops, little coriander, dry, a good combination. diabel (1366), Aarschot, Belgium May 23, 2007 Bottle Hazy blond body. Frothy white head. Aroma: hops, citrus, apple, coriander - very refreshing aroma. Moderately bitter flavour with some soft fruity edge. Very refreshing. Very good balance. I liked this one. madsberg (4873), Søborg, Denmark Mar 11, 2007 Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. White ddense head. Sweetness, fruits and some light metallic notes. Flavour is light spiced, fruity and has some barnyard notes. Is a bit thin bodied. Sweet and spiced end. This is not really doing anything for me. Pure averageness. JorisPPattyn (5155), Antwerpen, Belgium Oct 14, 2006 Fully hazy yellow beer with orange shine; small but persistent, just off-white head. Flowery, lime blossom and lunaria nose, with yeasty esters, fruity and a whiff of sugar syrup. Well-balanced, sweet/dry-bitterish, but the sugars win out eventually. Mind you, I’ve had this fresher. Again lunaria and I seem to get some coriander too, ending in a spicey finish. Medium bodied. No new aftertaste, but longlastign finish. I’ve had this before, at the Blauwershof, and it was in better shape then. There’s definitely more in this.
