Draught at ZBF08. Pale yellow colour. Nice stable creamy white head. The flavour has a little plastic at first. Turns a little better. A little spicy. Mediocre.

Draught Medium yellowish tinted foam, leaving fine lace over clear golden beer. Sourish nose, lactic, I suspect even some diacetyl. Aroma of vegetable deep-frying oil. Again greenmalt, unripe beer, touch of chicory. Bit of pineapple ester, warming up more sweetness with more pineapple character. Very slight astringency, medium bodied at best, bit of cold thinning. Alcohol in the aftertaste. I do not understand what was meant with this beer. ’t Ain’t bad, but...
