(Bottle) Purchased at the Penny Farthing in Oak Bay for $2. Pours a lofty white head with a very cloudy deep amber body. Nice presentation: opaque and darker than most Hefes. Nose of mild bananas balanced with a caramel malt base. The flavour is much the same, it hits on all the needed elements - strong enough to let the drinker know is not that lemony flavoured Summer drink at Steamworks yet a tad underpowered for the beer aficionado. Overall good.
