Feb 1, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy hazzlenut golden brown with a small off-white head. Dry roasted and malty aroma. Mild sweet, light acidic and spiced flavoured. Gives away a mild acidic base flavour and subdued dry and roasted malt base. Lasting spiced to herbal finish.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, nutty, chocolate notes, licorice - anis. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081124]

Dec 23, 2008 It is red-brown with a little sediment floating and a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, butterscotch and light fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of butterscotch, candy sugar, preserved pumpkin and a slightly dry finish. As a Christmas brew, this is pretty anonymous.

Dec 23, 2008 Bottle, bought at Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle. Deep redish brown with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Light toffee aroma with a little fruitiness. Highish carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is a little bland, some light roasted toffee, quite sugary sweet and with limited dryness. There is not much Christmas about this, though.
