 Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark
Dec 23, 2007 (On tap) Very unclear orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Very spice aroma - aniseed I believe. Rather full-bodied, sweetish fruity with loads of spices - coriander in particular - and a whiff of yeast. Some hops create a neat balance here. Quite some alcohol presence also. A fairly decent Belgian Style X-mas beer. 211207
