Jul 18, 2007 Tap @ the restaurant. Pours a very muddy pale yellow. A thin white film head with no apparent lacing. Aroma is mild, but betters with heat. Apples, banana, weak oranges/lemons. Quite low carbonation. Begins very weak, with no apparent flavour. Then a little yeast, vanilla, apples and citric bitterness comes through. Much better when it heats up, but it is served far too cold.
