Yellow with a small white head. DMS and grassy hops dominate the aroma. Dry and DMS filled flavour with spicy hops and a lasting bitterness

On tap at The Rake, London. Clear pale gold colour. It’s alright, but it does have quite a lot of cardboard on the aroma and in the flavour. Yes, it’s not as bad as Maes Pils, but still a poor pale lager.

This was an extremely lively and well-balanced pils. There was absolutely nothing stunning about it, yet the nose displayed simple fresh hops and morning bakery odours. The mouth was tangy and lively with sharp but not lasting bitterness and a zesty crispness that was quite refreshing. Finish was a standard but not unwelcome malt haze.

I bought this in the 12 oz. bottle, has a clear light gold pour with a white head that quickly fades to a few bubbles and ring, aromas of light bread and malt with a little sweetness with traces of Honey on the nose, light hop fragrance, flavor is the same, bitterness is less than medium, less than medium mouth feel, some bottles have the ’skunk’ aroma, so, try to buy fresh, this was pretty good a few years ago when I first started rating beers but now would be sort of the run of mill beer and this beer is usually not cheap.

500 ml can from SAQ, served almost cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear light golden with a smallish white head. Aroma: Nice grassy green hops, light biscuity malts, a little metal. Palate: Medium body and carbonation, nice Pils smoothness. Flav.: A nice blend of grassy hops and soft biscuit malts witha bit more malt than the nose; dry with some bitterness.

I remember this being more bitter back in the day...palate must have changed.
