Pours a light golden colour, fairly typical pilsener appearance. Glassy, slightly hoppy aroma and a pleasant flavour, hoppy notes and a slight malty sweetness. Very drinkable, I thought. Doesn’t have that abrasive after-taste that some pilseners have.

Light aroma offers some grain and some grassy hops. Clear golden body is topped by a fizzy white head that recedes rapidly to a patchy partial cover and leaves no lace. Grain is apparent in the fresh taste with grassy, floral and lightly spicy hops and decent bitterness. Light body with strong carbonation that is perhaps just a bit too prickly. Footed Pilsner glass. Fridge temperature. Can (BCLS on Cambie at 8th, Apr-07).

Can at home (sadly). Tastes pretty good actually. Skunky aroma. Grassy taste with fruity notes, some citrus and orange. Crispy with prickly mouthfeel.
