Breadlike aroma with some graininess. Smooth clean pale malt pils taste, but not quite as hoppy as most German examples. A very good beer. D (551), Poland

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 9, 2006 The pour reveals a clear golden color with a medium, rocky white head. Good aroma of noble hops and biscuity malt, it’s appealing and standard for the style. The flavor has the same noble hops and a good, crisp biscuity malt, it finishes sweet. The palate is light and creamy with moderate carbonation. A rather well-done and classic interpretation of the style, I like it. mkobes (2104), paramus, New Jersey, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2006 From a slender 11.2 oz. embossed long neck brown bottle with no freshness date.
Poured a clear pale golden with a nice foamy white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing.
Had largely a clean nose, sweet grainy, a light lemon with a touch of herbal spiciness.
Good carbonation and a dry crisp, smooth light bodied mouthfeel.
Pleasant pilsener taste, dry grains, spicy lemon tea-like hops, a little herbalness, and a dryish grainy and spicy finish, decent summertime pilsener drinkability.
A refreshing pilsener on a hot summer day at a good price.

Clear, yellow body. Quite nice aroma of citrus and hops. Moderately bitter initial flavour - Lightly sweet, moderately bitter in the end. Lightly bodied. Lively carbonation. Has a lightly astringent feel which isn’t annoying. A nice pilsener.
