Bready, cracker like flavors with a mild sweetness that turns hoppy and bitter with some dryness in the finish. Medium bodied with a soft but kind of watery mouthfeel, a decent pils MiP (9090), Sønderborg, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2005 Bottle. Pours a pretty gold with a small condensed white head. Nose is malty with grassiness and pleasant crisp hoppiness. Taste is grassiness and hoppy with light fruit, biscuit, and creamy malt notes. This is surprisingly nice! Body is crisp with a nice dryness about it. Finish has a pleasant Euro-hoppiness about it, light buttered biscuit, toasted malts, grass, straw and light fruitiness. Surprised this isn’t rated a bit better.
