Wildly lively carbonation with never-ending beading that seems like a party in your glass. Nice balance of sweet malt and floral hops bitterness aftertaste to send you on your way... | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 7, 2005 (bottle) One more mainstream Pilsener from Germany. In this case one of the maltier ones, but really not mightier. Absolutely decent brew. Yellow to golden colour with medium white head. Malty aroma with some hops. The taste is a little bit sweeter as the other common Pilsener beers from the Sauerland area. The finish is almost sweet like biscuits with some unenjoyable hint of medicine. It must have been better and full of character many years ago, as some older people told me. TerryR (383), Oswego, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 6, 2005 Golden color with a large white head. Good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and floral hops. Flavor is sweet malt with a nic hop finish. Very soft mouthfeel. Nice German pils. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2005 This is a soft, easy going pils. Pale gold with a tall frothy head, it’s got a sweet, grassy aroma topped with light floral hops. The head vanishes, but does some nice lacing as it goes. Soft in the mouth, it’s a drink of smooth, sweet malts finishing with a slap of floral hop bitterness. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Mar 1, 2005 This bottled brew poured a large sized head of frothy size mostly diminishing white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and straw yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of grass and was very skunky. Its mouth feel is initially smooth with a lingering slightly tingly palate and a hoppy malty aftertaste. Its flavor contained malty hoppy astringent notes and was not very likeable. Not one I would buy again. Marc (477), Yokosuka, Japan
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 22, 2005 Grain, hop, and a touch of rye. Gold body with a thin whit head. Light grainy pils flavor. A little on the boring side but not bad. Finishes slightly nutty hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA
| 0.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Feb 20, 2005 Bottle. Small white head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, very little carbonation, hazy, and a pale yellow hue. Aroma was skunky and malty as was the flavor. Smooth, thin palate. Drainpour.
