Jun 12, 2008 Subtle fruity spicy nose. Gold with a slight haze, tight smallish head. Mild spicy sweetness, overly steeped chamomile bitterness for balance. Well-carbonated, lighter body, aggressive, but crisp finish. Really elegant Pilsener.
