Commercial Description:
Bock'en dufter som den smager, nemlig af sødme, karamel og fylde. Kroppen er dejlig kraftig og rund, og i harmonisk balance med den klare humle bitterhed.

Bottle. Medium high lasting off-white fluffy head. Hazy very dark red body. Sweet barley malt aroma with caramel and nut notes. Pleasant barley malt flavor, relatively midl and round the high alcohol percentage considered. Fair amount of hops bitterness, low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber brown with a big, creamy off-white/beige head. Aroma is sweet at first, resembling juice. As it warms, malt and a bit of hops appear, but fruity notes are dominating; sweet berries particularly. Some remote dusty and alcohol notes. Feels a bit cloying, but could be much worse. Flavour is sweet and fruity. Slight notes of plums and faint wooden notes. Finish is sweet with a mild bitterness and scarce notes of alcohol. Inoffensive, standard bock. 06-07-08.
