Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark bread, roasted, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (120908)

Bottle. (Handbottled) A clear, golden beer with a beige head. Cooked vegetables, malt and some fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is quite sweet, with some notes of cooked vegetables, but mostly malty, finishing in the same way. Even though it’s a bock, I would like at least some traces of bitternss. Medium to full body. Decent, but oh so boring. (080912)

Draught at the brewpub. It’s an orange-red-golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, sweetness and caramel. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel and a light hint of nuts before the slightly dry and sweet finish, that has a hint of candy sugar.

Bottle@EBF 2008. Clear brownish amber. Low near-white head. A light but pleasant toffee-ish malt aroma paired with some well prononced herbal and floral hops. Taste is light sweet malty and acidulous-fruity supported by a gentle hop bitterness. Body is light plus. Short bitter-sweet finish.
