Commercial Description:
Er en hvedeøl med ravgylden farve, og skummet står stift og cremet. Smagen af koriander og nelliker er tydelige, og i balance med hvedens sødme og syrlighed. En god forfriskende tørstslukker.

Picked this up at a supermarket not far from Lokkeren, Denmark sat drinking this in Frank (Camper) Thorsminde campsite West Jutland 20-09-08 This was my first wheat beer for quite a while, it was actually quite a decent beer poured hazy dark lemon in colour with a white frothy quickly departing head. Flavour was a little lemon sacchriney but the wheat shows and there is a light spiciness on the nose not much banana, its fine.

On tap at the Brewpub. Clear golden body with a white head. Vague fruity aroma. Flavor has some fruit, grapefruit bitterness and a bit vapid. Easy, light, quite thin body and mostly just a anonymous pale ale without any clear direction of wheat or anything else.

[Bottle from Scheffel.] Thin look with broccoli aroma and overcooked asparagus. Really seldom and specially. But bad??? Maybe not always, maybe for cabbage soup.

0.66 l bottle. Hazy golden color with creamy head. Perfumed aroma with orange, lemon, pepper and coriander. Wheaty, grainy, orangey and peppery flavor with mild spiciness and notes of glue. A bit sweeter and fuller than wits usually. The glue (or burnt plastic) flavor is disturbing.
