| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 31, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. It pours a hazy, orange body under a creamy, beige head leaving lacings. some cellar in the aroma, sort of like a biere de garde, with a tiny hint of wet cardboard. Sweetness, caramel and some hops in the background too. The flavor also has a little cellar, with fruits, caramel sweetness and a decent bitterness. Mostly bitter finish. Medium body. A quite drinkable lager, with a nice resemblance to biere de garde. (090514) Papsoe (15105), Frederiksberg, Denmark
