50 cl bottle, bought at the brewpub in Hjørring by my mother. Clear amber color, fine but disappering off-white/beige head. Aroma is hops, but also kind of metallic. Flavor is caramel malt and fine hops, with hints of citrus. Moderate bitterness.

It is dark amber with a dense, creamy and very lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel .the flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, caramel and it is very, very soft and smooth with light citrus in the slightly dry finish. It’s really nice.

Handbottled.
Unclear medium orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, toffee, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090514]

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a hazy, orange body under a creamy, beige head leaving lacings. some cellar in the aroma, sort of like a biere de garde, with a tiny hint of wet cardboard. Sweetness, caramel and some hops in the background too. The flavor also has a little cellar, with fruits, caramel sweetness and a decent bitterness. Mostly bitter finish. Medium body. A quite drinkable lager, with a nice resemblance to biere de garde. (090514)

Hand bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Slightly hazy amber golden with a small white head. Unfortunate butter aroma. Light and a little watery body, hints of caramel and loads of butter accents. A fusty edge also. No bitterness. 140509
