Quack-Duck (1900), Bodensee, Germany Nov 26, 2007 bottle, from a recently reopened brewery. Brewed with malt, wheat malt, smoked malt and roasted malt. Black colour, beige head, thin but persistent. Beautiful aroma of smoked malt and roasted malt. Flavours of roasted malt, cocoa powder, bitter chocolate and a shy touch of smoke. A very good interpretation of the style.
