Clear, pale yellow body. Slightly vinous nose with a good level of acidity and rather dry, alcoholic apple flavours. Still and rather thin, pretty watery body. A bit boring, in the wave of those ciders that try to emulate a table white wine, but what good are table white wines for anyway ?

750 ml bottle shared with Capflu, Goldorak, beerbuzzmontreal, Boutip and DumDum at the Ciderwinder tasting in Ottawa. Pale clear blonde with no foam...faint, simple apple drenched in alcohol in the nose...alcoholic, thin and watery body, fairly sour at first with a hint of juice, quite dry late....mediocre.

Pours a pale gold color. Good dry aroma of apples. Flavor of apples, it’s dry and leathery with a bitter finish.

(750ml bottle) Pours a near water-like clarity. Nose is of cast pee, vinegar and only mild apples. Acidic and dry finish. Sadly - so poor!
