Jul 25, 2007 A golden amber cider with a pleasant aroma of apple sauce, maple and light black pepper. Thick. In mouth, a sweet lightly lactic cider, rich and smooth, with definite black pepper notes, spicy, a lot of alcohol warmth. This is quite a surprise. Bottle bought at mondial 2007.

Very dark blonde/gold, thick and quite oily with lasting, thick legs....caramel, maple and sweet, spiced baked fruits dominate in the powerful aroma.....the body is incredibly rich, dark and thick, a maple-graham cracker-cidery delight, hugely sweet and syrupy and not for the ice-cider fearful, this is the essence of the beverage thickened and filled with a woody, smoky pungency that uplifts and warms the heart....absolutely top-notch.

Saveur: Goût de pommes sucrées avec une pointe d’érable. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche.
