May 18, 2007 A pale cider with good carbonatation and dissipating white head. A pleasant aroma of apple and perfume, with light milkey notes. In mouth, a bubbly sweet cider, light bodied. Smooth. Bottle at Oktoberfest de Mascouche, Oct. 2006. Sampled in Feb. 2007.

Sep 18, 2006 Mild, sweet aroma with a light tart undertone and a hint of alcohol. Hazy, pale golden body with no legs. Lightly tart, bitter appleskin flavour with some brown sugar and a light spiciness. Dry, medium body with light, spritzy carbonation that keeps the sweetness in check. Sampled at Mondial 2006.

Jun 11, 2006 Small sample from the bottle (750 ml) at the Mondial de la Bière in Montreal, 2006. Pale, faintly cloudy yellow color with no foam or lacing really....slightly funky, sweet aroma with touches of caramel and dried apple....the flavor is much sweeter and fresher than the aroma, eating or pie apples with a bit of iron at the finish, touches of vanilla and caramel, very very sweet overall though never quite cloying...simple but reasonably effective.
