Commercial Description: Le rêve de mon père is a blend of 4 varieties of apples hand-picked in October here on Isle-aux-Coudres. It is also the typical local Charlevoix blend, the quantities being precisely measured in a proportional way for each variety. The salty air flavours this happy mixture by lavishing it with a frank smoothness, a sublime delicacy, an exceptional aroma and a bouquet of freshness. You will enjoy its golden colour, its clarity and its mild, fruity taste.
Pours a clear golden color with small floating sediments, the liquid sticks nicely to the glass. Aroma of apples, it feels quite dry. Average flavor of apples with some dryness. Not bad but fails to entertain me.
