Pours clear golden with a light copper tinge. Nice creamy, staying, off-white head. Aroma has clear liqourice, light cloves, some anise, caramel sweetness, fruity hops, soft yeast. High carbonation, okay but a tad spritzy. Flavour is dry, lots of caramel, light toffee, soft berries and a good note of grassy and piney hops. Dries out my teeth nicely. deyholla (695), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
