| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 1, 2008 25cl bottle labeled BB 08 08 06 (no wonder why the previous ratings were from Oct ’06). Poured a medium amber color with smaller sized off white head. Aromas of roast, wood, burnt caramel, vinegar, and fruity. I would have guessed a Flemish Sour with this aroma. Tastes of caramel, toffee, fruity, and light vinegar. Finished lighlty tart. Call me crazy, but I was into the tart vinegar side of this one. TomDecapolis (3168), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 31, 2008 Thanks to hopdog. Pours a translucent amber with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of caramel, vinegar, mixed fruits, nuts and some toffee. Flavor of toffee, metallic, some various fruits...not a whole lot more. oh6gdx (8838), Vasa, Finland
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2006 Bottled. Copper colour, mediumzsized bubbly beige head. Aroma is saccarine along with sweet tropical fruits and slight toffeeish hints. Flavour is the same, but the sweeness has turned into a biting sourness and bitterness. So from sweet tropical fruit to dry, sour fruit. Also rich carbonation tickles the tongue. Mouthdrying finish. Augustijn55 (82), Izegem, Belgium

Aroma is better than the taste. Little sweet taste. Dry at the end.
