Sour nose of vinegar, salt, and berries. Flavors include green apple, apple cider, cola, soy sauce, and teriyaki in the finish. Finishes crisp and clean; not as vinegary as many Flemish sours tend to be. Medium/full carbonation and medium body. This is a pleasant sour ale. CafeeOndineke (32), Aalst, Belgium

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Bottle - Pours a slightly cloudy reddish-brown in color with a small light tan head that faded to a very thin covering over the beer. Small amount of lacing. Aroma is moderately sour with apple and some spiciness. Flavor is quite apple cider-like... almost an apple wine character. In spite of the initial sourness the beer is actually quite sweet. Lingering sweetness on the finish. "Sparkly" carbonation. When I first smelled this beer I thought that I would not like it... I was wrong... it is a pretty good beer. Petrucci914 (598), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA

Aroma was soured fruit. Flavor was berries, sour apples, and a hint of spice. I imagine this would be a good beer to try to get used to sours, if, like me, you do not like sours!
