| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 30, 2008 Nothing compared to Verhaeghe’s Duchesse de Bourgogne. It’s aroma is full of that acidic, sour cherry, and alchohol. Appearane is a dark reddish color, with a nice red brown head. It’s flavor is simply communion wine. This is far to vinegary for my taste. It’s probaly best served with a steak. Too bad I did not have one. It’s a bit too much alone. Not a session, and not a stand alone beverage. azlondon (662), Fribourg, Switzerland
