| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Bottle @ Chez Moeder Lambic. Brown color, runy highlights, thick head that didn’t last. Sweet and sour cherries in aroma and flavor. Cola mouthfeel. Tart and refreshing--lacks the challenge of a lambic because it’s beerier, and that’s OK. BeerBiker (1392), Kathmandu, Nepal

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 6, 2007 Bottle. Poured reddish brown with a large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour tart fruit aroma. Light to medium body. Medium sweet fruity flavor with a medium sweet finish. Smooth refreshing brew. mgermani (864), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 12, 2007 Pours a deep rich red with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma very distinct: sour cherries (black forest cake!) and red wine. Tastes just like it smells - more cherries, less wine, but a lingering dry sweet/sour aftertaste. Very little in the way of hops. Numbing sensation in the aftertaste, thin body but unique - slightly over-carbonated. Good beer with great character, but lacks some variety in palette. Not my cup of tea, but nonetheless well done. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA
