Clear ruby red with a thin head and some lacing. Burnt cherry and funk in the nose. Canned cherry pie flavor. Not very good kriek.

12oz bottle dated best before 14-08-09. Clear pink-red color with light pink bubbles. Smells like a little vinegar and cherries. Sweet-sour cherry taste, syrupy, sticky, interesting beer. The stickiness is a little much for my liking but the flavor is better than average. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 02-22-2009 04:30:29

A tart cranberry nose mellows in the mouth to sweet cherries and green foliage. It’s very smooth and easy. I found it a little sweet overall. It lacked any real depth. All bark, no bite. All cock, no balls. What is a party if it doesn’t really rock?

[bottle] Reddish brown in color, with a light ring of white foam around the edge. Aroma is tart and fruity, with plenty of cherries. Slight vinegar. Mildly acidic flavors blend well with some sweetish brown malts and fruit. Nice oak complexity. Very dry, tart finish.

Transparent ruby with a small strawberry/cream head. Nose is acidic, rather plain, some sweet cherry but not much of anything. Flavor has lots of cherry, some woody leaf, spice, slightly balsamic but not overpoweringly so. Short finish. Enjoyable, but not very interesting.

Tasted in bottle, very nice fruit beer. Better as most cherrie beers. Not made with sirup.

Smelled really good, like fresh black cherries. Strong tart cherry flavor, almost a sour candy quality. Sampled with some dark chocolate and it really perked up. Great with food, but not so great on it’s own.

Appearance: Dark redish brown. Bit cloudy. Almost no head. Aroma: Cherry, sour. Taste: Sour cherry. Quenching. Dries your mouth out. Info: 250ml bottle, 9/2-2007, 141/500
