Musty and leather smell. Very cherry, light head. Opaque red. Sugar and vinegar acidic, not finishable, doesn’t work altogether, the taste the fizzy carbonation. Too dry too thin,

Bottle @ Rudolf’s ’Sourfest’. Dark Ruby brown body with a smallish white head. Sweet cherries with underlying malt in the aroma has a light medicinal note to it. (6+) Sweet cherries are the dominant flavour with occasional notes of sour fruit. Average to medium palate. 6/3/7/3/12

Medium red color. Small pinkish head. Aroma is tart, fruity and sour. A medium bodied kriek. Tart and fruity with a nice malt backbone. Acidic and a little harsh perhaps, but it does have a sort of lactic sourness to it. Nicely balanced. Very smooth. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

This bottled brew marked best before 6/7/05 poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized quickly diminishing to the point of non-existence with a very loud noisy decrease as the head receded from the popping bubbles. The bubbles were purple hued and left behind a poor lacing. The body was carbonated and transparent purple/brown in color. The aroma was strongly cherry and malty. The mouth feel was initially tingly bubbly and had a dry finish with continued to dry in a lingering finish. The flavor contained strong notes of cherries.

Bottle 25cl at Carlsens "Skvatter", Odense: Dark ruby red with white head. Cherrie & malty feel. Some sourness - vinegar. Then sweetness. Little alcohol appears. OK pleasant finish. Very allround!
