Commercial Description:

Bottle 25 cl. Dark blond. Hoppy aroma and taste. Medium body. Sweet. A typical Verhaeghe product. Not bad.

Clear golden color, white creamy head. Dry cardboard and peach in the aroma. Starts watery, carbonated, then butterscotch- even diacetyl kind of sweetness. Some alcohol in the finish, faint grassy hops.

2004 Clear golden coloured, beautiful big head. Mutch hoppy. Aroma of a sweet white wine, but with less alcohol. Quite nice actually. Sweet malty flavour. I liked it.

Cristal clear warm orange-blond color with fluffy almost white head. Aroma is fine malty with a smooth honeyed accent and with touches of summerfruits. It also has a refreshing note in the nose. Touches of fresh herbs and a nice hop-selection are responsable for that. The taste is round and the beer has a nice fizzy feeling on the tonghe. The taste is dry malty with a fine touch of stonefruit pits and lemongrass. In the afthertaste this beer has a well balanced bitterish hoppyness and the alcohol is also well integrated in this brew.
